Zero Spam Tolerance Policy

  2. Permanent Block: If an activity is confirmed as spam, the user responsible will be permanently blocked from our platform. This decision is final and non-negotiable.
  3. No Warning: Given the disruptive nature of spam, no warnings will be issued. Users are expected to understand and adhere to this policy without exception.

Reporting Spam:

Users are encouraged to report any suspicious activities or content that may violate this policy. Reports can be made through the Contact Us Page.

Appeal Process:

In the event a user believes their account was wrongly identified as engaging in spam, they may submit an appeal via our Contact Us page. The appeal will be reviewed by our team, and a determination will be made based on the evidence provided. Note that appeals are considered on a case-by-case basis, and the final decision rests with our review team.
